This place is pretty cool, the food and drinks we tried were good. We did the guacamole for an appetizer, it was good and you get a bunch. For dinner we had the mixed skewers, they were good. Tiny bit spicy but good. Tomahawk steak was yummy. First time trying one and it was delicious. Strawberry walnut spinach salad was good. All the food presentations were great. The drinks were all good not sure of the names though. We tried a martini with cotton candy on it. A drink in a tiny bathtub, one in a coconut and a margarita. We had reservations for 545 got there a little early and was seated right away. Looked like they were little easy on the dress code then. The place got super busy at 7 and dress code looked to be enforced more then. The DJ came out at 7 along with the shot guy. The noise of the place wasn't bad before 7 you could talk pretty easily, after 7 the music was turned up and it was hard to hear. There were posts about paying for water and they are true if you get bottled water, so ask for tap if you don't want to pay.

Modelo Carajillo Mimosa sort of drink (that we asked to have attempted made but was given a glass with tons of ice and watered the mimosa down badly for 40 bucks too) Ribeye steak Pulpo zarandeado Side of mashed potatoes Side of garlic mushrooms Esquite Let’s start off with how cool this place looks definitely a vibe we came in right when they opened and there was nobody here very quiet no music the seats that they put us at were covered in stains and had crumbs really nasty in the bathrooms for the woman had no toilet paper and half of the stalls and there was stuff on the ground You would expect for how expensive this place is and the look of it, It would be kept clean As well as the plate given to me was chipped lmao , they give out a free appetizer of green appple slices with some spice on top which was ok apples weren’t that fresh pretty dried out , My ribeye steak was pretty darn chewy tasted like a Walmart steak our side of garlic mushrooms that we ordered were so freaking salty. It was unbearable as well as we had asked for mashed potatoes but instead brought us french fries so what a waste of money there the mashed potatoes that taste pretty good though pretty peppery the octopus was soft and chewy spice was there and was good and the esquite was all right. Literally just the corn and cheese and the corn was barely warm so it was more cold. You really paid a big price for just that cart to show up for a bit. Service was pretty slow too considering there was only two other families in there I definitely would never come back.

Had the wonderful opportunity of stopping by Mama Por Dios for dinner during a trip to Arizona. The food was flavorsome and the cocktails’ presentations were spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed the colorful and lively ambiance - had great music and the service was astounding! Our server was amazing (wish I could recollect her name) - highly recommend!

Great experience! I read the reviews ahead of time so I was prepared to flag down my server, pay $7 for water, etc etc but that didn’t happen at all. Our waiter was very attentive and checked on us multiple times, glass of water was free, loved my bathtub drink! And I thought the atmosphere was fun with the music and dancing. The prices weren’t bad, I paid $40 for mixed skewers which were amazing and it came with salad, rice and beans. My friends and I had a great time. The only thing I would change is the strobe light that was above our table sometimes would get really flashy and that was hard on the eyes. Luckily it only did that a couple times while we were there for a few hours. I would definitely go back.
